Spraying the surface, this food grade Velvet Edible Coloring Spray leaves a brilliant metallic effect and gives brightness and protection against humidity for your chocolates, almond paste, pastry cakes, breads and sugar.
This lacquer is completely odorless and tasteless.
Ingredients:
Gas E943a; E944; colourants E171; E555.

How to use:

– Shake well before use.
– Use in a well-ventilated area.
– To avoid clogging after each day of use, turn over the bottle and spray until you see that the propellant gas is clean. If the pipe is blocked with dry spray, clean the pipe by soaking in hot water.
– Apply the spray evenly with thin layer. If necessary, repeat spraying to obtain a homogenous thickness.
