Are the prices per pill or carton?
All prices are according to the product packaging that appears directly below the image on the main pages of the online store. You can view the special offers section on the home page of the online store to get the best prices for commercial quantities.

What distinguishes CDC products?
CDC products have been imported and manufactured from the most prestigious international confectionery and bakery supplies companies of high quality, conforming to approved specifications and in contact with food, as all products have health and quality certificates and have been cleared by the official authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. All products are intended for industrial use.

The product is not available, when will it be available?
The products are provided as available in our main warehouse and are constantly packed upon arrival of the products after they are imported from the country of origin. You can choose the option (Notify me when the product is available) and a text message will be sent to you as soon as it becomes available.

What is the shelf life of the product?
The shelf life of the product varies according to the type, and you can view the details of the entire shelf life of the product from the date of production to the expiry date under the product description.
All products are shipped with a minimum of 50% of the total product shelf life.

Are the same products available in all of your showrooms?
You can contact the showroom directly to confirm product availability.

Purchase and service questions

Do you have a discount code?
We do not have discount codes, and there has been any marketing campaign that is advertised through our accounts on social media platforms.

What are the payment methods?
The most secure payment channels have been provided as we accept: Via mada, Master/Visa Card and Apple Pay only

The amount was deducted from me and I did not see the order, what should I do?
Please contact customer service directly and we will serve you as soon as possible.

Is it possible to return and cancel?
You can view the return and cancellation policy for terms and conditions.

I have a problem with the received request, what should I do?
In the event of any problem with the received order, please contact us via customer service and the error will be corrected directly without any additional costs.

Is it possible to purchase through WhatsApp or social media platforms?
We apologize for any request via WhatsApp or social media platforms, and all purchases are made directly through the online store or one of our showrooms directly.

I have an existing commercial entity and I want to get better offers?
We are pleased to contact you directly with us through customer service and you will be better served.

Shipping related questions

What countries and cities are shipping to?
Shipping is to all cities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only, and an announcement will be made if shipping to other countries is opened.

What are the available shipping companies and within how many days is the delivery?
Ships via SMSA (non-refrigerated shipping) and delivery takes place within 2-5 working days after the order is approved and transferred to (in progress). We do not have refrigerated shipping. Please see the shipping policy details for further details.

How is the receipt of the order tracked?
Contact is made directly with SMSA (the unified number: 00000000) or the website (www) and the order is tracked via the bill of lading number sent to you via text messages and coordination with them for the delivery date and place of delivery according to the address specified in the order in advance only. In the event that you did not receive the bill of lading number, please contact customer service to inquire.
