Shipping Policy

The first step:

After completing your application and transferring its status from (pending review) to (in progress), processing your application will start. In the event of any inquiries, you will be contacted by the customer service through the mobile number registered in the application. You must write all the correct information (especially the shipping city, it must be the same as the city of delivery and not the nearest city) to prevent the shipment from being canceled if it reaches the wrong city, which results in canceling the order and deducting the shipping amount. It is always preferable to give an alternative number for emergency contact in case the main phone is not answered, and also to write the site in detail to facilitate access to the site directly. The store is not responsible for any request that the customer did not respond within a week from the date of the request.

The second step:

Your order will be shipped via SMSA (unrefrigerated shipping) upon completion of your order processing, and a text message will be sent to the mobile number registered in the order with the waybill number to track the shipment and coordinate with SMSA to receive your order and deliver it to your location registered in the order. In the event that the customer does not receive the shipment, it will be placed in the nearest SMSA branch of the same delivery area to receive from the branch within 3 days of the shipment arrival in the same city. In the event of non-receipt, the order will be returned and the amount of the return will be deducted with the same value as the shipping amount. In the event that the shipment weighs more than 30 kilos or more than a carton, the customer will be informed of the appropriate alternative shipping method and the lowest cost for him.

* The shipment is followed up and received by the customer directly with the shipping company.

Be aware that shipping by Shamsa or parcel companies is not refrigerated, so it may (melted chocolate arrives), the store is not responsible for the arrival of melted chocolate due to shipping.

Dubai. Shipping period (1-2 days) from order approval = 10 dirhams

The rest of the cities of the United Arab Emirates (the cities are indicated in the store upon request). Shipping period (3-5 days) from order approval = 30 dirhams
