Return and Cancellation Policy
Sale and purchase and your use of the products available on this site are subject to the terms and conditions of use and service
The store may choose to accept, modify or cancel your order in several cases, including: If the product is not available, if the product was priced wrongly, or if the order was found to be fraudulent, or if the customer did not respond to the customer service department within a week from the date of the order. The store will refund the difference or the full amount in the event that the entire order is canceled.
The return and cancellation policy is as follows:
• After completing the payment, the order cannot be modified, so please confirm the items, quantities and prices before completing the order.
• You can cancel the order before changing the status of the order to In-Progress only, by contacting customer service.
• The place of delivery of the return and the details of the return must be obtained by communicating with the customer service.
• Food products (raw materials and chocolate section) are returned within 24 hours of receiving the order at your nearest branch.
• Other products will be returned within 3 days from the date of receiving the order through the nearest branch to you, and you can contact (Customer Service) to see other methods of return, if any.
• The amount of the returns will be returned within the soonest time after receiving the return in proper condition.
• All products must be in their original condition, unopened, unused, and properly stored.
• The original invoice must be attached in case of return and it is not done without the original invoice.
• Ensure that the electrical appliances belong to the agent directly, and the store has nothing to do with that.
• All food products will have a shelf life of 50% and more than the total shelf life of the product as a minimum.
